Egypt condemns Houthi attempt to target UAE with ballistic missile

CAIRO, 31st January, 2022 – Egypt has strongly condemned the Houthi militia’s attempt to target the UAE with a ballistic missile, which was intercepted and destroyed by the UAE air defence forces.

A statement issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed Egypt’s denunciation of these cowardly attacks, highlighting the threat it poses to the security and stability of the region.

Egypt reiterated its full support of the UAE in any measures it takes to protect its security and stability.
