NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) – Florence Jematiah Sergon, a member of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), will be charged before the Kabarnet Law Courts on Thursday.
Following remarks she made in the Lomoiywe district of Muchongoi in Baringo, Jematiah is expected to be charged with incitement to violence.
She was taken into jail at the Kabarnet Police Station on Wednesday.
