If the Kenya Kwanza Alliance, led by Deputy President William Ruto and Party Leader Musalia Mudavadi, succeeds in creating the next administration, the Amani National Congress (ANC) has said that it will remove the Competence-Based Curriculum.
Mudavadi, who recently criticized the launch of the new school curriculum, which he claimed was rushed, was quoted by the party on Twitter.
According to the ANC leader, the Jubilee government started implementing the initiative without broad and serious engagement with stakeholders.
Mudavadi stated that the new system is a big burden and an academic frustration to Kenyan parents and pointed out that the move will remove the confusion that is in the education system.
According to the ANC leader, Kenyans need an education system that everyone understands and can be handled well by teachers.
