Talks have linked the Bafana Bafana star to several Betway Premiership teams, including the likes of Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.

There’s even interest from Tunisia’s Espérance, with reports suggesting a formal offer is on the table awaiting City’s response.

Coach Mohafe’s Perspective

Coach Phuti Mohafe addressed the ongoing speculation surrounding Appollis during a media briefing. “I’ve heard the talk about him and Espérance’s interest,” Mohafe acknowledged.

“As I’ve mentioned before, I would only consider releasing him if it’s for a move abroad, like to Europe. However, that decision isn’t up to me; it’s in the hands of the management.”
