CMA letter to Tesco Bank about one breach of The Retail Banking Order

Tesco Bank failed to publish 3 SQIs in the correct place on its mobile banking app between 24 July 2021 and 21 September 2021. The SQIs published in the incorrect place were: Overall Quality of Service; Online and Mobile Banking Services; and Overdraft Services.
