FIFA Ranking: Super Eagles Move To 3rd In Africa

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have moved up four places to 32nd position in the latest FIFA world ranking released this Thursday.

The three-African champions are also now the third best team in Africa behind AFCON champions the Teranga Lions and the Atlas Lions of Morocco.

Under Austin Eguavoen at the cup of Nations, Nigeria won three group stage games against Egypt, Sudan and Guinea Bisaau before eventually exiting in the round of 16 after losing 1-0 to Tunisia
