Former Nairobi Town Clerk Philip Kisia has entered the Westlands parliamentary contest, where he will face United Democratic Alliance’s Nelson Havi (UDA).
“After much soul searching and meetings with various stakeholders, I am glad to declare my candidature for the Westlands parliamentary seat for the elections to be held on August 9, 2022,” Kisia said in a statement.
