LASPPPA extends monitoring and enforcement activities to Amumo and Ori Ade axis

Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority (LASPPPA) has extended her Monitoring and Enforcement Activities to Amuwo and Ori-Ade Areas of the State in continuance of her Monitoring and Enforcement Programme for the Year.
During the Exercise, properties whose Owners failed to produce their Physical Planning Permits and those contravening Physical Planning Permit Laws and as such, earlier served Contravention Notices by District Offices resident in such Areas, but still failed to regularize the contraventions were sealed.
LASPPPA urges Owners /Developers to always respond by visiting the District Offices around their locality for their property assessment on being served Contravention Notices, to avoid being sealed.
