An adviser to President Volodymyr Zelenskiy informed a conference that Ukraine is being hit LIVE by a second wave of missile attacks.
The first wave, which began immediately after Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a military strike on Thursday morning, struck military command centers and other buildings in multiple Ukrainian cities, according to Kyiv authorities.
Witnesses on social media say they heard a large explosion in Kyiv not long ago.
An advisor to Mr Zelenskiy posted to Facebook that he believes another military base was hit.
