Nigerian Defence Academy holds Passing Out Parade

The Passing Out Parade POP of the Nigerian Defence Academy, is under way in Kaduna State North West Nigeria.

The Minister of Defence, retired Major General Bashir Magashı inspected POP mounted by 293 Army Cadets of Short Service Course 47.

Prior to Saturday’s event, the Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya had on Friday, February 25, addressed the Cadets, where he charged them to be exemplary in their service to the nation and shun all forms of societal vices.

Also witnessing the Passing Out Parade at the NDA are the Chairman Senate Committee on Army, Senator Ali Ndume, representatives of the Chief of Defence Staff, Services Chiefs and Inspector General of Police.

Others are members of the diplomatic corps, NAOWA President amongst others.
