Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Mike Ozekhome, told Justice Binta Nyako Wednesday at the resumed trial that his client would go blind soon without his glasses.
DSS has had Nnamdi Kanu’s spectacles confiscated since 2015, according to Ozekhome, and they still have the one he was wearing during his detention in Kenya.
“My lord, his glasses have been seized from him since 2015,” Ozekhome added.
“Until now, he hasn’t worn glasses, and his vision is worsening.”
Nnamdi Kanu’s case was adjourned by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court.
